I always enjoy having meaningful yet interesting dialogue with young entrepreneurs.
Yesterday tea meeting with Anthony and Jay was equally interesting yet challenging. I was asked how a trendy sneaker retail company (IG: Searchsneakershop) approaching a growth bottleneck should strategise, plan and further develop itself! I advised them about strategy formulation (still need further study) aligning with appropriate resource allocation in terms of both financial and human capital!
What I like most is their “can do” mentality and passion perhaps having been indoctrinated by Nike’s “Just Do It!” Slogan then! Good luck to them!
