USpace is an application which is used together with beacons they have developed to map the people in a workplace and guide newcomers. Uspace would store data for when conference rooms are booked or when the printers are available to facilitate workflow and reduce the clumsy communication problems. Newcomers can use the app to quickly learn the names, posts and environment of the workplace to help them blend into their job quicker.
